Her leadership has resulted in measurable gains in attendance, New York State exam performance, and graduation rates. Prior to her current role, as Principal of George Washington Carver HS for the Sciences, she served as Principal of The Metropolitan High School, where she successfully led the school off the New York State Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI) list through targeted instruction, professional development, and strategic systems redesign.
